Advices for distance teaching

Our web app can be used for online teaching as well, we recommend the following two simple methods.

To use these methods, it is not necessary for students to register. Teachers, however, will need to.

Homework

You can create a homework from the labeled or published exercise sets.

Create an exercise set, edit and label it, then assign as a homework!

In the case of published exercise sets you just need to choose the required exercise set from the browsing page. See listing process for further information.

New homework

Create a homework from your chosen exercise set by adding a title, a deadline and a class. The students will always see their homework on the same page, under their own class.

As soon as students finished the exercise set their results appear under the homework indication how much time each took to solve it. You can keep track of who solved the exercise set, how long they took and what results they got.

Don't start the exercise sets with a complete song. It is enough to use the first line or a couple of measures of the song. If you choose a published exercise set, duplicate it and adjust its difficulty level.

You will find the homeworks created for your classes in the Homeworks menu, but only if you have set up at least one class in the New homework window.

Solving on mobile devices

We recommend this solution if you are teaching real-time.
You will need a labeled or published exercise set to use this feature.
